Oliver Loode has 15 years of market intelligence, business strategy and marketing experience from the Baltic States, U.S.A., Germany and Russia. Oliver has been involved in tourism development and destination marketing since 2005, having advised public and private sector organizations in the Baltic States and North-West Russia.

Prior to Consumetric Oliver worked as Estonian Trade Council's Representative in Germany and as Business Strategy Associate at Braun Consulting in Boston, USA.

Oliver holds a B.Sc. Economics degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kaisa Nurmsalu
Consultant

Kaisa has over 10 years of experience in marketing and sales management with Baltic tourism enterprises. At Consumetric, Kaisa has advised tourism companies on marketing planning, has implemented training programs and has participated in public sector tourism development projects.

Kaisa holds an MBA in Management and Marketing from Tartu University and has graduated from the Pärnu College of Tartu University with a Diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management.
